1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using 6hubhq.com ("VI HUB," "the Site," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Site. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Description of Service
VI HUB is a fan-operated community site that aggregates news, leaks, rumors, and community discussion related to Grand Theft Auto VI. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, or any of their subsidiaries. All trademarks and copyrights belong to their respective owners.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features (for example forum posting, comments, profile pages, or gated areas), you need an account. You may sign up with an email address and password, or—when we offer it—sign in with third parties such as Google or Discord. Those providers handle their own login screens; we only receive the information needed to create or link your Site account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials (where applicable) and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. While signed in, you may permanently delete your account and Site-held data linked to it from your Account Settings (/profile/settings), as described in our Privacy Policy. Deleting here removes what we store in our systems for the Site; it does not delete your Google, Discord, or YouTube accounts or change memberships you maintain on those platforms—you must manage those separately through each provider.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to: post content that is illegal, threatening, harassing, defamatory, or obscene; impersonate any person or entity; spam, advertise, or solicit without permission; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site; upload malicious code or interfere with Site operations; post personal information of others without consent; circumvent any access restrictions or security measures. Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or permanent ban at our sole discretion.
5. User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of content you post. By posting content on the Site, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, distribute, and reproduce your content in connection with operating the Site. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or that we deem inappropriate. We are not responsible for user-generated content and do not endorse any opinions expressed by users.
6. Channel membership, applications & premium access
Some features are gated behind YouTube channel membership, Patreon or other supporter programs, access codes, or internal approval (for example creator or support applications you submit through the Site). Codes and entitlements are for your personal use unless we say otherwise—no reselling, sharing, or trying to bypass checks. We may approve or decline applications at our discretion. Premium or gated features are provided "as is" and may change or end at any time. Misuse can mean loss of access without refund, where allowed by law and any platform you paid through.
7. Intellectual Property
The Site's design, original UI copy, and custom code are owned by the Site operators (6hubhq.com / VIHUB). News articles, images, gameplay footage, and other media linked or embedded on the Site belong to their original owners. VI HUB is a fan project and relies on fair use, commentary, and news-style discussion where applicable—we don't claim rights in Rockstar, GTA, or third-party marks.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any leaks, rumors, or news aggregated on the Site. Information presented may be speculative, unverified, or incorrect. Use your own judgment.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 6hubhq.com and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.
10. Termination
You may end your use of the Site at any time by deleting your account through Account Settings (/profile/settings). That action removes your Site profile and associated user content and activity we hold in our databases, subject to the Privacy Policy (including limited exceptions such as legal retention or aggregated/de-identified analytics). We may also terminate or suspend your account and access to the Site at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination or deletion, your right to use the Site ceases immediately.
