Most people finish in a few minutes; you usually only do this once.

Get Rainmeter here — it’s free for Windows.
Open the file you downloaded from us. Drag the whole folder into the Rainmeter “Skins” area (Rainmeter puts it under your Documents folder when you install).
Click the small Rainmeter icon by your clock. Refresh the list, then switch on VI Hub Countdown.
